Role Description

1. Lead Management & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
  • Reach out to leads provided by the company and maintain a strong follow-up cycle.
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the company’s offerings.

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Conduct introductory calls to explain product/services clearly.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

3. Sales Pitching & Conversions

  • Deliver effective sales presentations and product demos.
  • Persuade potential customers to enroll/purchase based on their needs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the team.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Collect feedback from clients to understand trends and customer pain points.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend process improvements.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead status, and conversions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share performance updates with the senior team.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and sales progress.

6. Coordination & Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Assist in planning promotional activities and campaigns.

7. Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure clients have a smooth onboarding experience after closing the deal.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling/referrals.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections with students
  • Skills in active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Experience in counseling, mentoring, or providing guidance and support
  • Ability to develop and facilitate workshops or group counseling sessions
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with student life challenges and a passion for fostering holistic growth
  • Prior experience in education, psychology, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
