Guide students and parents through effective counselling sessions (calls, video meetings, and walk-ins).
Manage a team of counsellors, ensuring they achieve enrolment and performance targets.
Drive inside sales strategies, streamline processes, and ensure excellent lead conversion.
Analyze CRM data, track KPIs, and generate insights to optimize performance.
Conduct counselling sessions to help students/parents choose the right courses.
Achieve enrolment and revenue targets consistently.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 510 counsellors.
Define KPIs and ensure accountability across the team.
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen lead generation and conversion.
Manage CRM dashboards, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to upskill the counselling team.
Bachelors/Masters degree (Science/Engineering background preferred).
Strong understanding of student counselling dynamics and psychology.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
