Background: This organization is a leader in corporate catering and pantry supply, offering end-to-end meal solutions such as full-time meal counters, Touch Shops, outdoor catering, and large-scale pantry snack distribution. With established partnerships across 100+ food brands, the company delivers over 500 fresh meals daily and supplies more than 50 tons of pantry snacks each month to major IT and corporate campuses throughout Bangalore. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key institutional accounts, and driving sustained revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement institutional sales strategies to achieve targets (volume, revenue, profitability) for key accounts including corporates, hotels, restaurants, and other institutions. ● Manage the full client acquisition process: identify and onboard new clients, deliver effective product pitches, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships. ● Identify and capitalize on opportunities for bulk orders, brand partnerships, and corporate gifting initiatives. ● Create and execute comprehensive sales plans tailored for each key account requirements. ● Ensure precise sales forecasting and rigorous account planning. Skills & Qualifications: ● Proven track record in sales & purchase in the FMCG-Pantry or F&B sector. ● 3–5 years’ experience in B2B or institutional sales, ideally in FMCG. ● Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills. ● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. ● Skilled in sales planning, stock management, and performance tracking. ● Customer-focused with a talent for building and deepening relationships. ● Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. ● Business degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is valued.
