📝 Job Description

We are seeking a Costing Officer with solid experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing product and operational costs, supporting strategic cost control, and contributing to informed business decisions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1.Analyze product cost structures, including fixed and variable costs.

2.Prepare and update standard costing for materials, processes, and overheads.

3.Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost improvement strategies.

4.Create cost-benefit reports to evaluate vendor changes or process modifications.

5.Calculate and assess costs related to raw materials, labour, depreciation, and overheads.

6.Collaborate with the production and procurement teams for budget alignment.

7.Generate monthly and quarterly costing reports for management.

8.Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with cost accounting standards.

✅ Candidate Requirements

CA/CMA Inter qualified with a B.Com/M.Com background.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience in SAP (CO Module) preferred.

Strong command over Excel, costing software, and ERP tools.

Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
