Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to costing and proposal creation.
• Experience in preparing quotations for spare parts and individual machines, preferably in the service industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of commercial principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Costing & Proposal Support:
• Assist in developing cost estimates for projects, including offers for spare parts and individual machines.
• Support in preparing and reviewing quotations and proposals for both complete projects and specific components.
• Maintain accurate records of all quotations, proposals, and offers.
• Data Management & Analysis:
• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze costing data related to various offerings.
• Ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date for reporting purposes.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Senior Estimation & Proposal Executive to gather necessary data for cost estimates.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements,
• particularly for spare parts and machine offers.
