About the Position Designation: Head IR & HR Work Location : Neemrana, Rajasthan Reporting to : CFO/CMD Purpose of the role : The purpose of this role is to lead HR & Industrial Relations at the plant, which has approximately 1000 blue-collar workers and 200 white-collar staff. Ensure smooth Industrial relations, manpower planning, statutory compliance, and stable productivity on the shop-floor. . Core Responsibilities : Industrial & Employee Relations Build and sustain constructive relationships with unions and worker representatives. Lead collective bargaining, wage settlements, and productivity-linked agreements. Ensure a stable and disruption-free IR climate with zero mandays lost. Manage grievance redressal, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in line with the applicable labor laws. Manpower Planning & Workforce Management Drive worker hiring pipelines through ITIs, contractors, and multi-state networks. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for blue- and white-collar workforce. Control absenteeism, overtime, and discipline on the shop floor to sustain high productivity. Ensure balanced workforce cost through effective deployment and optimization. Compliance & Statutory Management Ensure 100% compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, ID Act, ESI, PF, PoSH, and other applicable statutory norms. Liaise with government departments, factory inspectorate, labor authorities, and ensure timely filings. Conduct regular compliance audits and maintain error-free statutory records. Worker Welfare & Engagement Oversee and improve welfare facilities including hostel, canteen, medical, safety, and transportation. Implement worker safety initiatives in alignment with best practices in textile manufacturing. Design and run worker engagement, reward, and incentive schemes to reduce attrition. HR Systems & Talent Development Implement HRIS, dashboards, and MIS for manpower cost, absenteeism, and productivity tracking. Develop supervisors, staff, and high-potential talent through focused training programs. Strengthen performance management and recognition systems for staff employees. Qualification and Experience 1218 years of progressive HR & IR experience, with at least 5 years as HR/IR Head in a large/medium size textile unit (spinning/weaving/denim preferred). Proven expertise in union negotiations, wage settlements, and dispute resolution. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and contractor workforce management. Strong communication in Hindi; local dialect proficiency desirable. Hands-on leader with shop-floor presence and problem-solving orientation. About the Position Designation: Manager Costing Work Location : Neemrana, Rajasthan Reporting to : CFO/VP(Commercial) Purpose of the Role To lead the costing function across spinning, weaving, and denim manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate product costing, efficient cost allocation, and robust cost control. The role will provide actionable insights to improve profitability, optimize resources, and support management in strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities Costing & Financial Analysis Lead preparation of cost sheets, contribution analysis, and monthly operational profitability (MIS). Implement and monitor standard costing systems and variance analysis. Analyze conversion costs, utility costs (steam, power, air, water), and overhead absorption to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure accurate costing of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including valuation and reconciliations. Budgeting & Forecasting Manage cost-related budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing units. Provide insights on cost-benefit analysis of new products and processes. Support management decisions with financial projections and scenario planning. Cost Control & Optimization Develop strategies to reduce wastage, improve resource utilization, and drive cost efficiencies. Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to strengthen cost controls. Recommend and monitor KPIs for cost efficiency and productivity. Systems & Compliance Ensure timely reporting of costing data and accuracy in ERP/SAP-based systems. Manage cost audit compliance, coordination with cost auditors, and submission of statutory returns. Ensure adherence to all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of costing professionals and junior accountants. Build capabilities in financial analysis, ERP reporting, and modern costing methodologies. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team. Qualification & Experience Qualified ICWA (Cost Accountant) / CMA. 10+ years in the manufacturing industry, with a minimum 5 years in a managerial role in costing. Proven track record in textile industry (spinning/weaving/denim preferred). Proficiency in SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
