Role Description

This is a full-time onsite position as a Cost Specialist located in Indore. The Cost Specialist will be responsible for managing cost analysis, budgeting, and financial planning processes. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring cost control measures, performing cost accounting, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accuracy in cost reporting. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to optimize cost efficiency and support financial decision-making for the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Accounting and Cost Management to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget control
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying areas for cost optimization
• Experience in implementing and monitoring Cost Control measures
• Knowledge of Finance principles to support effective financial decision-making
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite team-setting environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems is a plus
