Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Estimator located in Bengaluru. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, conducting detailed cost analysis, preparing cost estimates, and developing competitive bid proposals. Daily tasks will include working closely with project managers and engineers, reviewing blueprints and technical documents, and maintaining accurate records of estimates for future reference. This role involves ensuring financial feasibility and cost-effectiveness of projects while adhering to company guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Familiarity with EPC, Toll Collection, or Mining projects
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a cost estimator role is preferred
