Job Description

Job Role: Cost Estimator

Location: Pune/Nagpur

Shift Timings: General Shift (Work from Office, Monday - Friday)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Estimating (Preferably on US projects)

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience into Estimating
Extensive experience working on US Projects
Proficiency in take-offs, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
Experience in relevant estimating software/tools like Bluebeam / Plan Swift / On Screen Take-off is preferred.
Ability to analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
