As a Cost Estimation Expertise, you will play a pivotal role in accurately estimating project costs for interior designs. This position demands a unique blend of creative flair, technical acumen, and financial precision. Candidates residing in proximity to Attingal, Chirayinkeezhu, or Kaniyapuram are preferred. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with clients to grasp project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. - Deliver precise cost estimations based on design specifications, material selections, labor costs, and vendor quotations. - Work in tandem with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Requirements: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Demonstrated expertise (minimum 2-3 years) in interior design with a focus on cost estimation. - Thorough understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including internet reimbursement and paid time off. The work schedule entails day shifts, fixed shifts, and availability on weekends.
