Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed

  cost estimates

  for furniture and interior projects
• Create and review

  BOQs

  , material take-offs, and rate analysis
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for accurate costing
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Track material, labor, and execution costs
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and value engineering
• Support management during pricing, negotiations, and project planning

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum

  2–5 years of relevant experience

  in furniture & interior costing
• Strong knowledge of

  materials, finishes, hardware, and execution methods

• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  (mandatory); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate

• Only experienced candidates

  from the interior/furniture industry
• Candidates from

  Western Mumbai – Vasai, Virar & nearby areas

  preferred
