Job Title: Cost Estimator – Furniture & Interior Design Industry: Furniture & Interior Design Location: Western Mumbai (Vasai–Virar preferred) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator from the furniture and interior design industry who can accurately prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for residential and commercial interior projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for furniture and interior projects Create and review BOQs , material take-offs, and rate analysis Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for accurate costing Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work Track material, labor, and execution costs Assist in budgeting, cost control, and value engineering Support management during pricing, negotiations, and project planning Requirements & Skills Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in furniture & interior costing Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and execution methods Experience in residential and commercial interior projects Proficiency in Excel (mandatory); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate Only experienced candidates from the interior/furniture industry Candidates from Western Mumbai – Vasai, Virar & nearby areas preferred How to Apply 📞 Contact: +91 93095 58584 📧 Email: info@theonefurniture.in
