Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CMA/Inter at Paragon Footwear, located in Kottayam. The selected candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, preparing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks will include auditing financial documents, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, performing reconciliations, and supporting the senior finance team with various financial projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial statement preparation
• Experience in maintaining accounting records and performing financial audits
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reconciliations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong understanding of financial compliance regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CMA/CA/ICWA Qualification will be a plus
• Prior experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is a plus
