Position Summary Analyst-Billing-Finance-DeloitteSupportServicesIndiaPrivateLimited Join the team as a member of the finance shared services team (USI) in India supporting the finance team.The candidate will provide administrative billing support in order to ensure effective and efficient officeoperations. Workyou’lldo Process client invoices and ensure they are 95% accurate with 100% TAT. Complete in accordance withbusiness /customer/legallaws,policies,proceduresandcontractualrequirements. CreationofinvoiceswhiletherequestsarereceivedviaWorkflow. Bringtothesolutionofrequeststothe Supervisor whichdonotcomplywiththefirm’spolicy. Identifytaxissuesrelatedtoinvoicingand ensurethesetaxrulesareconsistentlyfollowed. Updatebillingsystemandcustomerfileswithissuedinvoices. Liaise with Finance team to effectively resolve discrepancies, act as the first point of contact to ensurecomplete,timelyandaccurateflowofinvoicingandcommunicationtooptimizeproductivity,organizationaleffectivenessandmaximizecashflow. WorkasateamtoachieveServiceLevelAgreementfortheprocessandindividual targets;andworktowards processimprovementactivities. Focusonperformancetomeetexpectedlevelsintermsofdailyquantityandqualitystandardsofwork. Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, Federal and Provincial regulations and guidelinesandcontractual requirements.
