Prepare estimates for statutory fees payment Prepare budget estimate for area and monitor the expenses on regular basis against the approved budget. Management : To implement measurement, review and decision making processes for the department's systems , policies, and procedures IN ORDER TO ensure they achieve targeted outcomes in units as efficiently as possible while at all times complying with design & inspection standards. Implement measurement and review department's systems ,policies, and procedures Developing corrosion monitoring systems and reporting procedures. Implement equipment history record procedures in Meridium. Resolving individual/departmental grievances MIS: Inspection Related To provide timely inputs so that the right information is reviewed by the right people IN ORDER TO enable timely decision making to achieve the business's targets. Provide inputs/information for their respective refinery & petrochemical units for the various levels of MIS as defined from time to time. Technical evaluation of vendors / Inspection agencies. Highlighting the critical issues related to equipment integrity for MIS reporting. Inspection Support : To provide continuous inspection support for ensuring availability of their respective refinery & petrochemical units process equipment and systems To ensure continuous inspection support to achieve 100 % throughput target of their respective refinery & petrochemical units. To co-ordinate with other depts. such as maintenance, process and operation to resolve the hold points To provide pre-commissioning & commissioning support to operation group. To accomplish online inspection of their respective refinery & petrochemical units process equipment and systems. ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "Systems, Policies & Procedures: To be accountable for implementation and improvement of the EMS systems, procedures & policies in respective functional operations. To ensure adherence to the all health, safety, and environment systems during all field activities General awareness on Environment Management in refinery & petrochemical Operations Implementation of environment management procedures like Hazardous / Non Hazardous waste management. OHSMS HSEF - Care & Welfare: To lead the effective implementation of all HSEF procedures pertinent to their area of accountability and champion the use of the tenets of operational excellence by applying them to all activities IN ORDER TO achieve a safe and healthy work place.
