Role Overview:

We are seeking Industrial Painting Technicians with 1–3 years of experience in industrial coatings and application. The role requires both technical knowledge and practical hands-on expertise in surface preparation, coating application, and quality adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation and apply industrial coatings as per specifications.
• Handle coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques.
• Inspect coating quality and perform required touch-ups.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Train and guide junior technicians when required.

Qualifications:

• ITI Painter/Industrial Painter, Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial painting/coating applications.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods.
• Hands-on experience with industrial coating equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings/specifications.
• Safety-oriented, detail-focused, and team player.
