Location: Working hours (9AM to 6PM Toronto Time)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Canadian Limos Inc. is expanding its operations team and seeking a talented Corporate Travel Manager to work remotely from India, handling business development and corporate partnerships across Canada.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Travel Manager will oversee and coordinate premium ground transportation and corporate travel bookings for clients, and ensure smooth execution of events and VIP travel itineraries. This is a client-facing, coordination-heavy role that requires excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily corporate travel bookings, including airport transfers, roadshows, and event logistics.
• Communicate directly with Canadian corporate clients to understand travel requirements and provide solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels with all corporate accounts.
• Prepare quotations, confirmations, and reports for ongoing and upcoming corporate travel schedules.
• Work collaboratively with the Canadian operations team during Canadian business hours.
• Identify potential opportunities for business growth through new partnerships and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage client communications remotely.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM or booking management tools.
• Previous exposure to luxury travel or corporate mobility.
• Relationship management experience with corporate or VIP clients.
