Corporate Travel Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of business travel for the organization. The role involves developing travel policies, managing vendors, ensuring cost-effective travel arrangements, and providing a smooth travel experience for employees while maintaining compliance with company standards and budgets.

• Manage and oversee domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, cabs, and insurance.
• Coordinate group bookings, event-related travel, and last-minute travel changes.
• Provide support for employees during travel (delays, cancellations, rebooking).
• Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other service providers.
• Develop and update corporate travel policies to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with travel vendors and monitor service quality.
• Manage the travel budget, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure travel spends align with company budgets and financial policies.
• Provide regular MIS reports on travel expenses, savings, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visa regulations, and safety protocols.
• Implement duty of care programs to ensure employee safety during travel.
• Manage travel insurance, emergency support, and escalation procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel queries.
• Provide guidance on travel documentation, visa applications, and foreign travel rules.
• Conduct orientation/training on company travel policies.
