Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Trainer to partner with us on a retainer basis!

The ideal candidate will:

• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Develop customised training modules
• Deliver regular training sessions for recruiters and HR professionals
• Cover a variety of essential skills, including recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and other relevant HR competencies
