You’ll be the face of knowledge at Settlemed – delivering engaging product training, supporting hospitals through on boarding, and empowering teams with the tools and confidence to use our technology seamlessly. This is not a typical training role – we want a self-driven leader who takes complete ownership of deliverables, thinks proactively, and becomes an integral part of our client success journey. 💼 What You’ll Do 🔹 Deliver structured product training sessions to internal teams and client hospital staff (in-person and virtual). 🔹 Create impact training content – presentations, manuals, SOPs, and assessments. 🔹 Ensure every hospital we onboard is confident and capable of using Settlemed tools from Day 1. 🔹 Take full responsibility for training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and assessment outcomes. 🔹 Act as a key communication bridge between clients and product teams – solving doubts, providing clarifications, and collecting feedback. 🔹 Use tools like Excel, Google Suite, and dashboards to document, track progress, and report outcomes. 🔹 Bring a “whatever-it-takes” mindset – whether it’s stepping in to support a live client issue, updating a module last-minute, or improving processes independently. ✅ What We’re Looking For ✔ Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi. ✔ Proficiency with modern tools – Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom, LMS platforms, etc. ✔ Strong grasp of technology, ability to explain software features in simple terms. ✔ Experience in training, client on boarding, or tech implementation (HealthTech/SaaS preferred). ✔ A natural problem solver and multitasker – confident managing multiple clients, timelines, and tasks. ✔ Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and ensures completion with excellence.
