Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and attract top talent from various sources, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires at senior levels within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on new hires based on performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition or related field (inhouse recruitment).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven track record of successful lateral hiring experiences with a strong understanding of organizational culture and business needs.
