Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent from various sources, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires at senior levels within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on new hires based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition or related field (inhouse recruitment).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful lateral hiring experiences with a strong understanding of organizational culture and business needs.
