What would you do?
- Cross functional and cross industry role in G&S Operations team- Lead and conduct market research projects on competition, offerings and clients- Recommendations to support strategy formulation and execution for Operations priorities- Work closely with leadership team to refine existing offerings and define new ones- Support other practice teams in strategic initiatives - solution development, standardization, optimizing cost structures- Working with Marketing teams to ensure client readiness of sales collaterals- Develop mid and long terms strategy documents for BU, Offerings and Sub-Offerings- Lead internal strategic projects on business transformation, Agentic and GenAI led transformation and similar projectsStrategy development is the process an organization uses to determine how it will allocate its resources and get maximum impact from its people to achieve its objectives. It s the act a team will conduct to produce a measurable and specific action plan intended to help the business operate, innovate, and grow.

What are we looking for?
- MBA with 20+ years of experience- Majority of experience in corporate and growth strategy - preferably in BPO sector- Management consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory- Digital transformation experience can be useful- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Structured Thinking- Superlative storyboarding - Structured Thinking- Superlative storyboarding

Roles and Responsibilities:
This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
