Corporate Sales Manager Position Summary: The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead and manage the corporate sales team, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Track sales metrics and report on sales performance to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience (+5 Years) as a Corporate Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in Machinery Sales. Strong knowledge of sales principles, corporate client management, and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing a sales team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. Results-driven with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as required.
