Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling of IT services and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers, delivery consultants, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in concept selling, solution sales, SaaS sales, cloud sales, enterprise sales, farming/hunting mode operations.
  • Strong understanding of software sales principles including licensing models and contract negotiations.
