FNP (Ferns N Petals) is India's largest gifting brand, known for its wide range of products, including flowers,

plants, cakes, and personalized gifts. We cater to both B2B and B2C clients, delivering exceptional gifting

experiences.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager Corporate Sales to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have 3-6 years of corporate sales experience, focusing on building and maintaining strong

relationships with clients to drive the sales of FNP products, including flowers, plants, cakes, and

personalized gifts.

Strategic Planning:

Drive corporate sales for FNP categories such as flowers, plants, cakes, and personalized gifts.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.

Identify and target potential corporate clients, building a robust sales pipeline.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale client servicing.

Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to customize offerings based on client

needs.

Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and

internal teams.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote FNP’s offerings and build brand presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3-6 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in gifting, flowers, cakes, or

related industries.

Strong understanding of B2B sales and corporate sales processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

At least 3-6 years of

experience.

AM/DM in Corporate Sales should have a deep understanding of the industry, the ability to adapt to

changing market conditions, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. They should

also be strategic thinkers who can align sales goals with the overall corporate objectives.
