Job Description

As a Sales Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in leading B2B sales efforts in the hyperlocal and quick commerce domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients across various industries with hyperlocal delivery needs such as FMCG, F&B, Retail, Pharma, etc. - Building and executing a strong sales pipeline and go-to-market strategy for the enterprise segment. - Developing custom solutions in collaboration with product and operations teams to address client-specific requirements. - Managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, contract closures, onboarding, and revenue generation. - Fostering and growing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. - Monitoring client performance, delivery SLAs, ensuring post-sale satisfaction, and retention. - Analyzing market trends and competitors" rates to identify new business opportunities in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. - Reporting regularly on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and KPIs to senior management. The qualifications and requirements for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, hyperlocal, or quick commerce. - Strong negotiation, written and spoken communication, and client interaction skills. - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling high-value enterprise deals. - Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, hyperlocal delivery models, and tech-enabled supply chains. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel. Preferred qualifications for this role: - Experience selling to large enterprises in sectors like Logistics, E-commerce, FMCG, QSR, Healthcare, or Modern Trade. - Previous experience in startups or high-growth organizations is a strong plus. - An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory. In addition to the above, the job also offers health insurance and provident fund benefits. The work location is in person, and the ability to commute or relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka, is preferred.,
