Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Corporate Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with various departments and contractors to ensure the availability and timely delivery of products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and databases.
• Coordinate with CRM regarding the details of the orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement efficient workflow processes.

QUALIFICATION & OTHER SKILLS:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Upto 50000 and open to negotiation
