You will lead corporate tie-ups, manage long-term relationships, and work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage B2B clients including corporates, TPAs, insurance, and hospitals

  • Drive sales for diagnostics, wellness programs, and healthcare packages

  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, CXOs, procurement heads, and hospital admins

  • Execute corporate sales strategies to meet revenue targets

  • Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and corporate engagement

  • Create and present customized proposals and pricing solutions

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular reporting


Requirements:

  • corporate/B2B sales

  • Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles and client relationship management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-starter with a target-driven approach

  • Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences / Healthcare / Business); MBA preferred
