Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Corporate Sales Executive to drive sales and generate leads for our corporate training solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs in organizations, building relationships with key decision-makers, and helping the company expand its corporate client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential corporate clients with training requirements.

• Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

• Understand client needs and propose suitable corporate training solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business heads.

• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales or training consultants.

• Manage and update CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized training proposals.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 26 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Training Sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.

• Strong understanding of corporate training or HR solutions.

• Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training Industry.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach tools, and email automation.
