Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new clients for IT services and consulting solutions to expand the company's customer base.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for retaining existing clients while also acquiring new ones.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales with a focus on IT services or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Strong understanding of cross-selling techniques, upselling strategies, and renewal processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
