Role & Responsibilities :- Identifying potential clients(Building Material brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation, windows doors kitchens etc. Manufacturers/Companies) & making compelling concept presentations to them. Understanding the clients' requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them. Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures. Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, business heads of different brands. Developing rapport with architects & interiors designers for more business. Negotiating and closing the deal with brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation. Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idec, Roof India and more the industry. Representing the Architectural Auxiliary Services consulting firmat Exhibitions. Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc. Preferred candidate profile Good Communication Skills. Good Rapport with Architects, Interior Designers Builders.
