Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Surat | Mumbai | Vadodara
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry. You will connect with clients, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads across industries (IT, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, BPO).
  • Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
  • Promote services like Direct Hire Recruitment, Contract-to-Hire, RPO, and Workforce Outsourcing.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of inside sales or business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar tools is an advantage.
