Corporate Sales Account Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales and Service Executive at Bharti Airtel, your primary responsibility will be to ensure sales and service in your assigned territory, focusing on delivering Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line Business. You will be the main point of contact for customers, front-ending the relationship from Airtel's side. Your goal will be to drive Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in both existing and new accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations as per assigned targets - Identify and break into new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services - Cross-sell multiple product lines to both existing and new customers - Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all three Lines of Business with specified maturity levels - Stay updated on competition plans, gather market insights, and strategize sales interventions for different client segments Qualifications Required: - Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate and close orders and contracts to maximize revenue - Drive new business growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs Additional Details: Bharti Airtel Limited is a leading Indian global telecommunications services company with operations in 16 countries across South Asia and Africa.
