You will be working as an Area Sales Manager for FabHotels, one of Weekday's clients, to expand market presence in designated cities. Your role will involve directly pitching highly-rated properties to corporate clients and travel desks. Here are the details of the job: **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in proactively identifying, soliciting, and closing new business opportunities with corporate admins and travel desks. Your responsibilities will include conducting field visits, cold calls, site inspections, and in-person meetings to present FabHotels" offerings. Engaging with top management and CXOs to drive product deployment and foster long-term client relationships will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be developing and managing complex sales strategies, maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline, and driving growth and margin targets for your respective geography. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify, solicit, and close new business opportunities with corporate admins and travel desks - Conduct field visits, cold calls, site inspections, and in-person meetings to present FabHotels" offerings - Engage with top management and CXOs to drive product deployment and foster long-term client relationships - Develop and manage complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams and owning monthly recurring revenue (MRR) - Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM and provide regular sales reports - Manage and drive growth and margin targets for your respective geography, building a multi-million dollar portfolio **Qualification Required:** - 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in a hyper-growth environment - Proven track record of scaling from zero to 1 and 1 to 100 - Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-driven, highly organized, motivated, persistent, and able to work independently with a target-driven mindset - Willingness to work under pressure and handle rejection - Strong "customer-first" approach This role requires someone with strong enterprise sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently towards achieving sales targets.,
