Primary Purpose

The Relationship Manager Corporate Salary Accounts is responsible for managing and strengthening key corporate relationships to drive salary account acquisition, customer engagement, and cross-selling of banking products. The role involves close coordination with corporate partners, internal stakeholders, and teams to ensure business growth and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Hr and Finance teams of assigned corporate clients.

2. Ensure smooth and timely monthly salary credit flow into employee accounts.

3. Conduct regular sales and service desks at corporate offices as per defined engagement calendar.

4. Acquire at least one new corporate relationship every month.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities across products.

6. Increase product penetration within existing corporates, both in terms of number of salary accounts and other banking products.

7. Provide efficient and prompt service support to all salary account customers.

8. Track and report business performance and engagement activities across managed corporates.
