Primary Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Hr and Finance teams of assigned corporate clients.
• Ensure smooth and timely monthly salary credit flow into employee accounts.
• Conduct regular sales and service desks at corporate offices as per defined engagement calendar.
• Acquire at least one new corporate relationship every month.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities across products.
• Increase product penetration within existing corporates, both in terms of number of salary accounts and other banking products.
• Provide efficient and prompt service support to all salary account customers.
• Track and report business performance and engagement activities across managed corporates.
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Education: Graduate (Essential)
• Experience: Prior experience in banking, corporate relationship management, or salary account acquisition preferred.
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships
• Customer-focused approach
