Your mission will be to acquire new business and generate revenue by building and nurturing corporate relationships. You will specifically focus on generating leads from mid-size corporates for vendors and distributors to meet their short-term financial needs. As a proactive go-getter, you will seek out and pursue new business opportunities with potential corporate clients. You will become the trusted advisor for corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professional expertise. Taking charge of client accounts, you will ensure all deliverables are met and client satisfaction is top-notch. Crafting and executing plans to strengthen client relationships and achieve ambitious business goals will also be a key part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA in Marketing or Finance with at least 5 years of experience in a bank, NBFC, or fintech. A proven track record and a strong understanding of the corporate sector are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also required. Key competencies for success in this role include a genuine passion for understanding and meeting client needs, the talent for forging and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, masterful negotiation skills aiming for win-win outcomes, and sharp analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues swiftly and efficiently.
