Job Description

Identify, acquire, and onboard emerging corporates with annual turnover ranging from 100 Cr to 500 Cr.
Deepen relationships by offering need-based credit solutions including working capital, project finance, equipment loans, and unsecured business loans.
Manage end-to-end credit proposals including financial analysis, term sheet structuring, and coordination with credit and legal teams.
Maintain healthy portfolio hygiene by ensuring timely renewals, limit utilization, and compliance with covenants.
Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal, and risk) to deliver seamless execution and disbursement.
Cross-sell allied products such as insurance, investment advisory, and treasury solutions to enhance wallet share.
Maintain strong market intelligence on competitor offerings and client movement.
Ensure all client interactions are documented and adhere to regulatory norms and internal policies.
Regularly review portfolio performance and proactively address delinquencies or stress accounts.
