Role & responsibilities

Purpose of the Role

To lead government and external stakeholder relations for TVS Emerald, ensuring all regulatory, statutory, and project-related Liasoning activities are effectively managed to support real estate operations and business growth

Manage end-to-end government Liasoning for project approvals, licenses, and clearances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government departments and local authorities.
Represent the organization in official meetings and forums.
Handle all regulatory compliance requirements for ongoing and new projects.
Collaborate with legal, projects, and finance teams for timely documentation.
Benchmark and adopt best practices from reputed real estate companies.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

Experience: 10 15 years in Government Relations & Liasoning (Real Estate Sector)

Preferred Industry: Real Estate
