Role & responsibilities responsible for overseeing the practical implementation and construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This involves managing projects from ensuring systems are installed correctly, function efficiently, and meet all relevant standards and regulations for a large project in Super-speciality Hospital Category. They also play a key role in coordinating with other teams, mentoring junior engineers, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the execution phase. Preferred candidate profile Willing to join immediately. We are looking for HVAC Manager (8 to 12 yrs of exp), Senior HVAC Engineer(5 to 7 yrs of exp), Junior HVAC Engineer / Supervisors (1 to 3 yrs of experience).

Role & responsibilities - Preparation of project construction master plan with schedule & project budget - Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources - Plans resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan - Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance - To prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval - Periodical presentation to the management and client - To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work - To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals. - To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team. Preferred candidate profile Hands on experience in planning tools - Primavera / MS Project and Excel
