Involve in End to End recruitment
NON IT Hiring;
right from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, release the offer and follow up with the candidates.
Call the candidates extensively and provide them with the job opportunity and close the job position accordingly.
Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates, preferably LinkedIn. These techniques include but are not limited to cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations etc
Should have experience working with US Staffing Industry & hiring US Recruiters

General Skills:

1 to 4 year of experience in Recruitment preferably from US Staffing Industry
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be able to deliver results under minimum supervision
