 About The Role

Location:Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Chennai
Must have skills:Immigration

Good to have skills:
Knowledge of immigration and travel industry practices, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel booking systems, would be an added advantage.

Summary:
Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. The Tax Analyst needs to assist travelers going on cross border assignments on permanent or temporary basis with their relocation taxation needs. The main job responsibility is to assist tax vendor to calculate income tax including tax cost estimate, tax filing at the tax year end and resolve queries from travelers or project managers on day-to-day base.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand global as well as local relocation & transfer policies & assist travelers in understanding the policies
  • Accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax service, and meeting all deliverable requirements
  • Hands on working on Internal Mobility tool to record pre assignment to post assignment activities
  • Prepare various documents for tax calculations, Tax Cost Estimate etc. as required
  • Assist travelers on social tax & personal income tax applicability in host country
  • Analyze the tax implications and prepare tax cost estimate information
  • Coordinate with tax consultants wherever required
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested
  • Work with other functions / teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist team lead to review some work and train new team member; report issues, projects, and processing status to team leads timely
  • Work with the team members to continuously improve processes and systems
  • Perform any projects/activities assigned by the lead and is also capable to contribute independently
  • Perform any projects/activities assigned by the SAN/SPL
  • Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is a requirement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively in a business setting.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management, data analysis and documentation.

    Experience:Minimum of 05-07 of experience in handling visas, immigration compliance, and related processes
