Position Overview:

Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with corporate organisations to promote the health and wellness services. This role focuses on creating and implementing strategies to attract corporate clients, drive patient referrals, and enhance the hospital's visibility within the corporate sector.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, wellness teams, and decision-makers in corporate organizations.

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their healthcare needs are met effectively.


2. Business Development:

Identify potential corporate partners and pitch hospital services tailored to their needs, such as annual health checkups, wellness programs, and employee healthcare packages.

Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate clients for healthcare services.


3. Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services to corporate clients.

Organize corporate wellness programs, workshops, and health talks to increase awareness of the hospital's offerings.

Create marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for corporate partnerships.


4. Health Camps and Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute on-site health camps, screenings, and awareness sessions for corporate employees.

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services during corporate engagements.


5. Revenue and Patient Volume Growth:

Drive patient footfall from corporate tie-ups to meet revenue targets.

Monitor and analyze the performance of corporate accounts and identify growth opportunities.


6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the hospital’s marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate programs.

Provide regular feedback to hospital management on corporate client needs and market trends.


7. Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of corporate engagements, agreements, and performance metrics.

Reporting to Head - Business Development and Executive Director.
