Corporate Legal team

Specifically, the Corporate Legal Associate will

• Learn drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (suppliers and customers) and end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
• Learn to work with CLM tools.
• Maintain contract repositories.
  

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial contracts reviewing, redlining, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in legal technology is a plus, but a willingness to learn will suffice.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law.
