Join Corpseed’s Legal Team to lead high-impact legal operations, manage escalations, and drive corporate compliance across multiple sectors.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor the in-house legal team
✔ Represent Corpseed & clients in court hearings, filings, and legal notices✔ Manage client escalations in coordination with the Customer Relations Team✔ Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, etc.✔ Handle recovery cases—legal notices, settlements, and court proceedings✔ Review technical/legal documentation from internal teams✔ Collaborate across Finance, CRT, Advisory & Tech teams✔ Draft and vet MoUs, NDAs, contracts, and client agreements✔ Develop internal SOPs & compliance frameworks✔ Conduct legal briefings/trainings across departments

Requirements:
LLB (LLM preferred)Min. 4 years in corporate law, litigation & team managementStrong in recovery proceedings, client dispute handling & regulatory complianceExcellent drafting, communication & cross-team coordination skills

Preferred:

Legal consultancy or compliance advisory firm experience
Familiarity with startups or high-volume legal documentationKnowledge of MSME Act, CPC, Arbitration frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
