Responsibilities: ●Timely and accurately review, validate, and execute documents related to foreclosure actions. ● Verifying the documents given by seniors and checking if it is correct or not & collecting the documents with the client according to the requirements. ●Ensure accounts are properly documented with accurate and comprehensive status updates. ●Follow established company guidelines, department policies and procedures. ● Familiarity with market research techniques. ● Identify opportunities to shorten timelines, drive performance and minimize losses for the department, company, clients, and investors.
