Corporate Lawyer

Job Description: As a Corporate Lawyer based in New Delhi, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice on corporate governance issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and representing the company in legal matters. Your daily tasks will include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and liaising with external legal counsels. Additionally, you will assist with mergers and acquisitions, manage corporate records, and provide guidance on risk management.
