Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our firm. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, managing complex transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Advise on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate restructuring. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and transactional documents, including shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, and investment documents. Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance under the Companies Act, LLP Act, and allied laws.
