Role & responsibilities

• To Ensure efficient, cost-effective production by optimizing material flow, capacity, and supply chain coordination to meet customer needs through proper planning and maintaining optimal inventory levels, while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation to boost productivity and competitiveness.
• Future planning forecasting, Optimizing Material procurement, Increase Inventory turnover, Material Yield improvement, PPC Intelligence report (Past Data)
• Material & Inventory Management,
• Capacity Planning & Utilization
• Procurement Optimization
• Demand Planning & Material shortage, Warehouse Management
• Production Systems & Flow Control
• Plan and manage the allocation of manpower, machinery, and automation to support both short-term and long-term business goals
• Digital Transformation & ERP Lead
• Continuous Improvement

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate: -

• Engineering Graduates (from Tier 1 Institutes) with minimum 18 to 20 years proven experience in PPC, SCM in Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing Organizations dealing with

  Automotive Electronics Systems, Electronics Devices and Mechatronics, Automotive service Parts, Integrated Electronics, Cockpit Electronics, Automotive Sensors, Auto Components, Vehicle Electronic Systems etc.

• Specialized qualification /recognised certifications in PPC / SCM
• Should have experience

  handling PPC & SCM at Corporate level catering to multiple manufacturing operations at multiple locations.

• Should have good experience in Capacity Planning & Utilization, Procurement Optimization, Demand Planning & Material Shortage, Production systems and Flow Control,

• Should have very good experience in continuous improvement projects/activities and digital transformation SAP & ERP

• Should have very good experience in PPC and SCM of electronic parts and components PCBs, resistors, mechanical parts

• Should have hands on experience in Lean Management, cost control, SAP PPC & MM

• Should be in the age bracket of 40 to 50 years

• Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore.
