Corporate Communications Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you will work on a wide range of communication initiatives to support the firm’s internal and external branding efforts. You will develop reusable content assets and design templates. You will also create, edit, and proofread materials for internal and external communications. Furthermore, you will support planning and execution of events, ensuring all materials and branding assets align with the firm’s guidelines. You will implement internal communications campaigns to ensure consistent and effective firm-wide messaging. Lastly, you will manage the request platform and assist the functional head with team-related operational tasks.

The ideal candidate should hold -

Basic qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field
• The ability to take initiative and be curious
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for project management, demonstrated technical prowess, impressive writing sensibilities, and a rigorous and proactive work ethic
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to advance multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously, along with the ability to work in a collaborative, collegial team environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic graphic design skills
